We need to have something to give the customer!' So what do you give your customer? Perhaps an all-embracing brochure on the services your company offers that also reflects the company image: nice and cosy, hi-tech, antique or whatever image you have decided to use.
If you market a service that is the same regardless of customer type a compehensive brochure might be the answer. If you have a wide variety of solutions the brochure might convey quite another image than what you talked about during the meeting. The question you should ask yourself is of course: What should the brochure contain to create the results you want?
